Pick up the latest edition of JEZEBEL Magazine and to see our Bri looking hot (in colors!). As we already know, she truly is “the total package!”
Next week we’ll be posting her video of exercises to get your heart rate up. You can do them anywhere (even on vacation :))
If you ever wondered how Stephen built up his rock hard body….
Definitely carbs, fat, and protein in that meal. Along with several other unmentionables. So I guess we can all grab a slice..or a pie..AND a cookie this weekend.
Kidding, kidding, totally kidding.
(I hope Hilary doesn’t catch this post. If so, we’ll just blame it on Richard, that seems to work for Missi ;)
Nathan’s wedding is Thursday and our bad-ass Kiwi isn’t going down without a fight.
As you can see he has his weapons of mass destruction geared up for classes in Buckhead Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday before he ties the knot.
Most of you BLASTERS are married. Any advise for our sweet boy??
Mr. Popularity charmed over another newbie today. What is it about Rich that you love so much ladies? That cutie pie face? Witty banter? Crazy fitness education?? Can’t be his dance moves…
Monday afternoon pow wow. We’re excited to unleash all the new stuff for fall!
We BLAST just like you do! Always pushing our limits to get stronger.
Nathan gave us quite a workout last week. You can’t really tell, but we’re smiling through the struggle :)
Just want to point this out: see how low Bri squats and keeps her chest high. Try that in your next class. You’ll feel the difference, I promise.

Lessons learned on Vacation
Do you ever set yourself up with unrealistic expectations? Whether it is a small event, a party, a major life event, pick one, then nothing happens the way you plan? If not, then yay for you, but I think for the rest of us it is life saying, “oh no you didn’t, settle down”.
My parents took my girls to Spain for two weeks so I planned a week to completely relax, have a ton of fun and have no drama in my life for an entire 7 days. I booked my trip to my favorite spot the Cayman Islands and was sure it would be exactly what I wanted it to be.
I will not bore you with the details of the drama that ensued as I started my week long fun fest, suffice it to say it was not what my “expectations” were.
Thank goodness I still got to enjoy myself. I got up every morning worked out, ate a healthy breakfast filled with my allotment of protein, fats and carbs (Hillary would have been proud). I took long walks, but I also enjoyed fruity drinks, yummy food, amazing wines and had great conversations.
Here is the good part. Once again, a door closed and another one opened. In that short week of being away and having some clarity about ME, I learned a tremendous amount about myself. There are no mistakes, only learning opportunities.
Tomorrow starts another day of doing what I love, kissing my girls, building BLAST900, interacting with my rock star clients, and being surrounded by my one of a kind team.
Check my picture; I feel like I can wrap my arms around the world. The week ended up being more than I imagined it would be in a completely different way. And I say again: Love my life.
Love watching @richshaw900 work his magic designing a new studio for @blast900! Hells to the yea!!! (Taken with Instagram)
